Tillamook Bay Community College has comprehensive response plans covering operations of the College. These plans, contained in Administrative Rule, establish procedures for the College’s response to and recovery from emergencies that may threaten the health and safety of our College community or inhibit the College’s ability to continue its mission-critical operations and activities. The objective of this plan is to increase the College’s ability to react immediately in the most appropriate and effective way to emergencies of all types. TBCC - TOBACCO FREETBCC is a tobacco free campus. The use, distribution, or sale of tobacco, including any smoking device, or carrying of any lighted smoking instrument, in College buildings or on College owned or leased premises is prohibited. First Aid KitsFirst aid kits are available in the Student Commons areas; staff workrooms as well as various other locations on campus. For specific locations contact EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Committee. Employees are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the location and contents of first aid kits for their area. AEDAED units are located in the custodial rooms on each floor of the main campus facility. Who is EHS?

Annual Security Report
TBCC's annual security reports from 2011 back to 2005 included no reportable offenses. The 2004 annual security report included one unlawful entry and burglary. The 2002 and 2003 annual security reports included no reportable offenses. The 2001 annual security report included two burglaries and one attempted arson. There were no reportable offenses for 2000, 1999, or 1998.
