Accounting connects to virtually every aspect of business operations by providing the key financial information to make informed decisions. As an accounting clerk or bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining accounting records of a business, analyze financial records, manage budgets, or may be responsible for specific parts of the records such as accounts payable, accounts receivable or payroll.
TBCC's accounting programs are designed to develop your skills in areas such as: accounting, payroll, computerized accounting application, law, tax, business math, microcomputer applications, financial management, communication, organization, critical thinking and problem-solving.
Associate of Science Oregon Transfer Degree
Allows students to complete all their prerequisites and general education requirements in preparation for enrollment in public Oregon universities' business schools. This pathway is recommended for most students pursuing a bachelor degree in accounting or CPA certification.
