Students who complete the program will be prepared for management-level positions within foodservice and related industries. The program adds depth and breadth to production and industry knowledge as well as additional communication skills.

While completing the culinary arts program you will develop skills in product purchasing and cost control, effective routine, technical and persuasive styles of written communication, development of a menu and individual dishes and operational functions and principals in the foodservice industry.
