Chef Alan Joynson's Blog

I am happy to be in Tillamook working to help develop the culinary and managerial skills of anyone who is interested. It is my passion to help to introduce people to the exciting world of foods and cuisines. I am driven to help them realize their dreams or desires to learn new skills needed to be successful in this field, and to help those to whom it is just a hobby explore the depth of the culinary world.

Through the Hospitality, Tourism & Recreation Program with the high schools, the new college Culinary Arts Program and the Community Education classes that are being taught in the evening, I am being kept busy with this passion. But, I would like to hear from you as to what you would like to see in this community or what you might like to learn about in the culinary realm.
