Night School Program Information
Tillamook Bay Community College, in association with the Tillamook County HTR Program, will be offering some exciting opportunities to cook up something this winter. Alan Joynson, the Program Coordinator and a Certified Executive Chef, will be offering non-credit cooking classes for anyone who wants to expand their cooking abilities this winter. We have already had two seasons of great classes and we would love to have you join us for some cooking fun! |
 |
Chef Joynson has been a chef for over 30 years and has extensive knowledge of the subjects he will be offering. This is a pilot program, which Joynson and TBCC hope to expand to include not just these classes but further classes and seminars in other areas. If you have any subject or cuisine you would like to learn about, let Joynson or TBCC know, maybe they will build a class just for you.
In the meantime try one of the classes offered, a fun learning experience that has delicious benefits. All classes will be held in the Wilson School Deli on the backside of the Tillamook Bay Community College’s Wilson School Campus on 3rd street. Registration can be done in person by stopping in at TBCC’s main campus at 2510 First Street,
or over the phone at 842-8222, using the course number for each class (see
current schedule of classes). All classes are on a first-come-first-served basis. Contact Chef Alan with any questions regarding the classes at 842-7507 or email
.
